Position will be responsible for the following:
Prepare monthly leasing and cash flow reports for consultants and clients;
Assist with preparing client reviews and investment plans, including review of asset underwriting, asset hold-sell decisions, and portfolio optimization;
Prepare quarterly reports to include the customization of consultant and client reports with portfolio and property level information;
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate;
Proficiency in financial modeling, and good understanding of discounted cash flow models a must;
Proficiency with MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
