Primary responsibilities include: * Researching and documenting claim and research cases to determine root causes * Managing the Bondholder claims process while ensuring the age of outstanding items are within the noted criteria Business Skills: * Two or more years in Trust Operations or Financial Industry * Reconciliation experience * Research experience * Strong Analytical skills and the ability to identify critical issues * Conduct daily tasks effectively and efficiently in accomplishing business goals Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience.
