Job Description: We are seeking a Corporate Trust Associate in Jacksonville, FL who will play a critical role in providing top quality service to clients. Reporting directly to the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for performing ongoing administrative activities for BNY Corporate Trust Services. Under the guidance of the Relationship Manager and Team Leader, you will be responsible for much of the day to day administration of the portfolio, involving funds transfer, trade clearance, compliance monitoring and client service and communication. In the performance of these duties, you must be able to prioritize and organize workflow and acquire a working knowledge of the portfolio of accounts by working closely with the Relationship Manager. You must be able to interface with your Relationship Manager and Team Leader to ensure compliance both with governing bond documents and bank policies, and to ensure client satisfaction. You will use multiple systems to assist in the administration of the portfolio.
Business Skills: To qualify, you must have Security Industry experience or related experience; understanding of Bank's Security processing procedures; developed mathematical and reading comprehension skills; basic writing skills; developed interpersonal skills; proficiency at multi-tasking skills; and ability to perform basic PC skills in Micro Soft Word and Excel.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: A college degree is preferred.
