Complete required sales audits within established deadlines. Conduct and/or participate in necessary calibration sessions. Gather data, run reports, prepare reporting packages for analysis, and communicate to business our results. (85%)
-Identify and communicate sales compliance process improvement opportunities and potential solutions, and rate of performance and training improvements to business partners through the continued analysis of quality results & sales report analysis. Create and develop solid relationships with business partners to ensure compliance needs continue to me met. (10%)
-Participate in special projects based on business needs. (5%)
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree. -PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. -Understanding of sales leveraging processes and compliance requirements. -Strong analytical skills set, with attention to detail. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Experience at building strong business relationships at various levels of management
